We hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas! Addie sure had a lot of fun! I will upload pictures later...our laptop is on the fritz and I can't upload to the iPad.
We woke Addie up at 7:30 on Christmas morning to see what Santa had brought. She was so excited about her new baby doll, doll stroller, doll feeding set, puzzle, blocks and books! It was so wonderful to sit in the quiet Christmas tree lit living room with our sweet girl and experience the wonder of it all through a child's eyes!
Later that morning, Auntie, Tom, Mema, Poppy, Mimi, Daddy-Daddy, Nana, and Papaw came for breakfast. Addie was so overwhelmed with gifts that she didn't know what to play with! She took a nice long nap after opening all those gifts. I would've loved a nap but every mama knows what it's like after opening Christmas presents! It looked like a tornado had come through the living room. There was no rest for the weary!
We then went to visit Papaw Mark and Ruth and ended our night at Nana's for supper with mom's family. We were sad to see Auntie and Tom go on Monday but look forward to their next visit!
Hopefully we will have a new laptop up and running soon and we can upload all our pictures for you to see!
